The Italy setup guide has been refreshed to reflect the latest printing support and related settings.

A dedicated "Last Receipt" tile in the Shopify POS Smart Grid lets staff instantly reprint the most recent sale, return, or exchange receipt on the current device, no need to dig through order history.

Customers can now access their OpenFiskal digital receipt by scanning a QR code directly on Shopify POS. The QR code is available on the final step of Checkout and on the Orders screen for past orders, and is shown via the OpenFiskal Receipts POS extension. Scanning the code opens the digital receipt instantly on the customer's device, enabling faster receipt delivery without requiring an email and without changing the POS checkout flow.

With this feature, you can add the fiscal QR embed-code to your Shopify emails and/or, for example, Order Printer Pro invoices.

You can now view key register details directly in the OpenFiskal app. This includes the TSE serial number and more required for the new Kassenmeldepflicht in Germany, and the RKSV serial number for Austria. Just open any register to find the relevant information at a glance.

OpenFiskal now automatically creates receipts for manual cash adjustments in your POS session. Whether you add or remove money from the cash drawer, a receipt is generated for full traceability, helping you stay audit ready at all times.

You can now download multiple Z-Reports at once, directly based on the selected timeframe in the date picker. Whether you're pulling a week, a month, or a custom range, the export will match the view you have selected.

Cash Book now also displays the start and end balances for sessions without any cash transactions, ensuring a complete overview of every session even when no cash movement occurs.

Several improvements to Z-Reports: the organization name is now displayed on the Z-Report, PDF download filenames now include the report date and Z-Report counter for better organization, a detailed breakdown of payment types is shown including specific methods like Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX when using Shopify Payments, and the number of transactions per payment method is now visible. You can also access Shopify's code editor for printed receipts directly from the OpenFiskal settings.

The OpenFiskal App for Shopify now has its own dedicated homepage. The Registers page has been decluttered, all banners have been moved to the homepage, and key statistics have been added to give you a clear overview at a glance.

The new Cash Book (Kassenbuch) feature has launched as part of the OpenFiskal Plus add-on. Directly accessible from the main navigation in the OpenFiskal App, Cash Book gives you a complete view of all cash activity across your POS sessions.

The OpenFiskal Shopify App is now fully available in German. From setup to daily use, you can navigate everything in your preferred language, making compliance even easier. To enable it, simply switch your Shopify profile settings to German.
