What Ryzon needed to solve

Ryzon doesn't sell from a single fixed store but wherever the endurance community is: flagship locations, urban pop-ups, international training camps and events. Every new location in Germany had to be KassenSichV- and TSE-compliant — and the team did not want a second POS system alongside Shopify.

On top of that came the electronic cash register reporting obligation in force from 2025. Every new register has to be reported promptly — and in a mobile, constantly growing footprint that's simply not scalable manually.

Solution

Shopify POS + OpenFiskal

OpenFiskal was integrated into the existing setup as a native Shopify app. Existing locations were fiscalised without breaking processes — new pop-ups or events go live in minutes and TSE-sign from the very first receipt.

Cash register reporting runs automatically through Meldefluss. Ryzon no longer has any manual steps for new locations and has had zero fiscalisation outages since launch.
